Savills - Property data feed engine
When faced with ever changing feed specs what's the right solution?
We built an innovative
property feed engine for Savills
Savills, the leading global real estate service provider, appointed World Archipelago property to build a sophisticated tool to use to ensure data quality on the portals they supply data to. World Archipelago’s Feed Management Engine imports property data from Savills, each import is successfully logged and registered, the quality of the feed is assessed by the number of properties and any missing data is reported on. The Feed Management Engine enables individual Savills offices to opt out and in of exporting to certain portals on an ad hoc basis.
Properties which meet Savills data quality standard are then exported to the multiple portals including Right Move, Homes 24, Find a Property, Primelocation, Property Finder, Country Live and Moveto.co.uk. The feed management engine provides concise email reports on the data directly to the Savills team enabling them to identify properties with missing details.
