Put your property search onto a million mobile phones
Your own iPhone App
There are over 1.2 million iPhones already in the UK and millions more worldwide. There is now a recognised and enthusiastic audience for ‘apps’, the pocket sized programs that run on iPhones with versions already produced by a handful of national agents and some property portals.
Now you can have your own App available in the iTunes Store to be downloaded free by your clients and friends who can then search your properties.
The App will carry your logo and search your inventory of properties for sale or to let. Take a look at the screen shots to see just what it can do.
How does it work?
Each agent sends us a feed of their data in a standard 'Rightmove' format. The App can be downloaded by anyone from the App Store plus you can promote it from your existing website. For an up front cost of £2,500 (+VAT) we will provide a standard app branded in your firms colours and using your logo which will work until at least the 31st December 2010.
In the meantime, we will be building updates which you will be able to subscribe to and from 1st January next year we will charge a small fee to cover the cost of the data upload.
By building this iPhone App generically and then selling it to agents across the country we have reduced the cost to everyone. Whilst other agents have spent £7,000-£12,000 to develop their own, and property portals could have paid much more, we have kept the cost as low as possible.
