On-line learning games and activities for kids
Overview
World Archipelago won a Bafta for Grid Club which it built for broadcaster C4 Learning. Grid Club is now an independent government approved on-line subscription service working with over 2000 schools in the UK to provide in-school and out-of-lesson support. The site has over 500 games and over 1 million UVs a month.
Part of the main Grid Club site, Yo-Zone is a recreational area aimed at kids 5-12 years old. The site uses some of our components including a quiz engines, a poll, a book club, a film club, a music area and an on-line community area. If you’d like to have a look here’s the link.
