Overview

Egmont UK wanted to launched the new teen thriller, Gone, with something a little bit different to engage book retailers.

Rachel Bailey, Marketing Manager at Egmont, said, "Buyers get sent so much from publishers and we've tried gimmicks in the past. But we wanted something that would really cut through and get across why this book is worth stocking."

We built a flash movie that captures the spine chilling features of Gone in just a matter of seconds. We are now working on the campaign crossover to consumers for public release. It features a video taster of the book, due out next April, before moving to a virtual book where the visitor can read the whole book online.
